Using ViStart to simulate Windows 10 Start Menu in Windows 7 or Windows 8
If you don’t have Windows 10, you can still get to try out the new menu without needing to install Windows 10. This is very useful as you don’t need to buy Windows 10 or buy a new computer or tablet, in order to experience the new start menu and see the changes to the menu.
In order to make this happen, you’ll need to download a program called ViStart. ViStart is a neat program which allows you to change up the start menu and even the start menu button. You can pick between Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, etc. This is a useful tool not only for getting a sneak peek at how Windows 10 menu structure operates, but other operating systems as well. ViStart even runs on Windows XP, if you have an old computer running XP you can still use this cool tool.
Here is a step by step guide on installing ViStart, Primarily you must first download the self installing extractor file. Run that, install ViStart. Once installed, VIStart comes with a few skins for Windows 7, windows 8 etc. You will need to download the Windows 10 skin
